I had suffered abuse as a child, and now that I was newly wed, I realized I was not at all interested in having children of my own. On top of it all I was having terrible dreams. We talked and prayed about all this on several occasions, then one day I realized I wasn't having any more of those dreams. Two years have gone by and I have been blessed with a beautiful daughter, and a second is on the way! We are so happy now, and it is all thanks to God!

     Through healing prayer I had already given up smoking and had watched a tumor on my face flake away, but I couldn't hear a thing through my left ear... until two weeks later through forgiveness, praise and prayer for me to hear during a prayer meeting, all of a sudden I could hear everything and still do!

    I became a believer in the gift of spiritual healing that God has given to Paul. I woke up (one morning) with severe pain and a protrusion on my left side. I had developed a hernia ... I knew hernias could only be fixed by surgery, and I did not have time in my life for a surgery, nor did I feel like I could handle this due to the physical condition I was in from all of the previous stress. I called Paul and told him that I needed him to pray for me. I didn’t care how or where, just that I needed this taken care of.

      I had a horrible childhood. When I met Paul I was twice the size I should be, would bite my nails till there were none, and had no sort of relationship with my husband... I was so ashamed of who I was. God, through Paul, has helped me overcome all my fears and let go of the past. Basically I have finally found joy in life! I have lost all the excess weight and actually have nails to show everyone! And yes, my husband and I are doing great and we already have another daughter thanks to all this!

   He called me and prayed over the phone. I kept my hand on the hernia as he prayed.  When he finished, I lay on my bed and just let the Spirit do His job.  I felt the urge to walk on the beach. As I was getting ready, the pain was slowly subsiding. By the time I got to the beach, the pain and the protrusion were gone! I was giddy all day and able to walk, skip, and have a great time.

        I had seen what God had done through Paul's prayers for my husband, but I wasn't to sure about all this working for me, and one day turned to Paul and said - If God can make his leg grow, why won't He heal my fingers crooked from arthritis. They hurt me so much I can't even button my shirt! - to which Paul responded - He will! - and held my hands in his as he prayed... I was astonished! Not only had the pain gone, my fingers had straightened out. Thanks to God I can button my own shirt now!

      I wasn't too sure about this healing stuff, but then again I had seen how my wife had been healed from a kidney infection and the pain, so I asked Paul to pray for my injured knee. I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. He prayed, and I was still doubtful. The pain subsided for a while, but later came back. While laying in bed the next morning, I decided to turn to God and say - I'm not to sure about this healing stuff, but I chose to believe that you can heal me. In that instant the pain went away.
